- Our Products
Our jewelry is made from natural gemstones. Natural stones vary in color, pattern, and internal features such as inclusions or fissures. Photos are illustrative; the piece you receive may differ slightly from the images. Please review the photos and description carefully before ordering.

- Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation email. Your order is accepted once it ships. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud) and refund any payment in full.
- Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed through PayPal, including card payments completed via PayPal’s guest checkout. We never collect or store your credit or debit card number. Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout — typically your PayPal address — so please confirm it is correct before paying.
- Shipping
Orders ship worldwide. Processing times, rates, and estimated delivery windows are described in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
- Returns & Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains returns and refunds. In short: unworn items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery; orders that arrive damaged or are lost in transit are replaced at no cost when reported within 7 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Subscriptions & Digital Products
Seasonal subscriptions cost USD 49 per quarter and can be cancelled anytime from your account before the next box is processed. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed.
- Intellectual Property
All text, imagery, logos, and page designs on this site are the property of Dhyanalux and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission. You may share and link to our pages freely.
- Acceptable Use
